About This Location
This beautiful Mid-Century Modern has original terrazzo floors, lots of natural light and authentic furniture throughout. The spectacular kitchen features original cookware. Every area looks perfectly designed. The pool area is a tropical oasis and includes a cabana.
Logistics
Layout board and mats are required in ALL high traffic areas and under ANY and ALL equipment as well as under vehicles in the driveway. Wooden swing doors leading into the kitchen must be protected by bubble wrap on larger projects. The house’s original furniture and art is very precious, so we ask that cast and crew take every precaution to cover surfaces with furniture blankets and other soft protective materials. Be advised that there are two dogs at the location, in case someone on your crew/in your cast has allergies.
There is limited space available on the driveway for smaller photo productions. All other vehicles must be parked off-site, as to not disturb any neighbors. No loitering on walkways or on neighbor’s lawns by crew or cast is allowed. On larger projects, the Los Angeles film office Film LA will assign a monitor, mandatory in this neighborhood.
