This stunning contemporary Architectural offers many details and plenty of vignettes for your upcoming project. The one-of-a-kind design with its walls of glass and beautiful wood details make this location a great place to shoot. The furniture is mostly mid-century modern.
Logistics
The driveway is narrow; all vehicles have to be supervised, when pulling up. There is NO bathroom use in the home.
A bathroom with its own entrance on the side of the garage will be made available for cast & crew of no larger than 20 total. If there are more than 20 in cast and crew, production companies are required to provide their own bathrooms.
- ANY and ALL interior floors need to be protected with mats, no exception.
- Layout board is required under any and all vehicles on the driveway
- All surfaces have to be protected with clean furniture pads.
- Artwork must be covered/bubble-wrapped. Be advised, that the artwork has not been cleared.
- Furniture and art can only be removed with permission from the owner or site rep.
- Kitchen counters have to be protected at all times
- Interior staircase–walk in the middle of the steps, the staircase is only welded in the center.
- Ask our site rep to open the large pivot window in living room for you.
- Only the exterior of the garage is available for shooting. The interior of the garage is off limits, no exceptions.
Limited street parking is available for smaller productions.
We suggest renting a parking lot for larger projects. If you need help securing one, we are always happy to help.
Street sweeping is scheduled from 8am – 11am on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Rates depend on the type of project, the size of the crew/cast and the days/hours needed.
Permits can be applied for at Film LA.
