This one-of-a-kind multi-level architectural hillside location can be described as a lived-in art gallery, adorned with many spectacular, rare pieces, designed and created by the owner. The huge windows expose the most incredible city views. Everywhere you look, there is something to see and use as a vignette for your shoot or enjoy during an event. The exterior hillside is a colorful sculpture garden with beautiful plants everywhere. A unique path leads through the sculpture garden, again offering a spectacular city views. We ask that you book this incredible location for what it offers, not as a blank canvas. Although some small items are movable, most of the pieces are permanently installed and CANNOT be moved/removed.
Logistics
ANY and ALL interior floors need to be protected with mats, no exception. Layout board is required under any and all vehicles on the driveway All surfaces have to be protected with clean furniture pads. Artwork must be covered/bubble-wrapped. Be advised, that the artwork inside of the home has been cleared for your use. Furniture and art can only be removed with permission from the owner or site rep. Kitchen counters have to be protected at all times. Limited street parking is available for smaller productions, street is narrow. We suggest renting a parking lot for larger projects. If you need help securing one, we are always happy to help.
Booking
Rates depend on the type of project, the size of the crew/cast and the days/hours needed. The location is also open to mid-size events, but prefers no alcohol on the premises. Permits can be applied for at Film LA.
