It has great original details, some great original furniture, a vintage fireplace and tons of windows and sliding glass doors for plenty of natural light.
You have a view of the city from the backyard.
The owners are super nice and welcome film and photo productions with open arms.
Two cute dogs live at this location, but we can easily ask the owner to take them away for the day, if you prefer.
Logistics
Layout board/mats are required in high traffic areas during filming and photoshoots.
A separate area will be made available for hair & make up/wardrobe.
Street parking is available right in front of the house. Larger productions are advised to rent a crew parking lot, which is just a couple of minutes away.
