The bottom floor of the residence, elegant dual staircases and a separate guest studio are available for shooting and select special events.

The pool area is one-of-a-kind, imagined and brought to life by the owner’s vision. A fire pit sits right in the middle, making it part of the stunning pool design.
Logistics
Layout board/mats are required in all high traffic areas during filming and photoshoots.
A separate area will be made available for hair & make up/wardrobe.
Select events, weddings are welcome as well.
Street parking is available directly in front of the residence.
Booking
Due to its location in a gated community, producers need to obtain permission from the HOA. We will be happy to make that happen for you.
Permits can be applied for at the City of Irvine, require a business license, a completed application and adequate insurance.
