Extraordinary in every way, this eclectic, tropical oasis is Tony Duquette’s former estate. Every inch of this location could be considered a piece of art.
The large, multi-level exterior reminds us of far away places like Thailand, with too many vignettes to count, including a pond.
The interior is eclectic luxury and elegance, yet very delicate. Please take extra care, when moving around equipment at this location. The pieces are priceless.
The road leading up to the location is typical for this part of Beverly Hills Post Office, fairly narrow. We suggest that you limit the size and number of your vehicles during smaller and larger projects.
Street parking for cars is allowed, but very limited.
For a small fee, owner has access to two adjacent driveways for additional VIP parking.
We suggest off-site parking for larger projects.
Please call Greystone Park @ 310.285.6835 or Mark Issari @ 310-266-5055 in West Hollywood for additional crew/truck parking, if needed.
During shoots, layout board and/or mats have to be placed under all vehicles parked on driveways. Same is required throughout the interior and on terraces, under any and all equipment and in high traffic areas.
This film-friendly location welcomes film/photoshoots and smaller special events.
Rates start at $ 4,500/day and vary, depending on hours, size of crew/cast and areas used.
No low budget projects, please.
All film and photo permits need to be applied for at Film L.A.
