About This Location

A Quincy Jones designed this beauty as a part of a community of homes in 1965. This location is true to its original design. The feel is open, bright and modern. Many original pieces, true to the area, can be found all around this well- designed space. Not much need for props at this location. The view onto the mountains is second to none.

The pool is part of the common area of the community, permission must be given by the head of the HOA. We will happily arrange that for you, just give us ample advance notice.

Logistics

Layout board and/or mats are required in the carport, on the interior and under any and ALL equipment and in high traffic areas. That includes the pool area. Small events are exempt, except in food prep areas.
Street parking is ok, streets are wide and it should not be an issue to park trucks, motorhomes or similar after getting permission from the appropriate entities. Please confirm exact parking rules with the Greater Palm Springs Film Office, when applying for a permit.
