This beautiful multi-level Mediterranean mansion has incredible city views and features many exterior vignettes. The entry way and wood front door make for a great, romantic shot. The interior is open and bright with lots of windows and there are views of the city from the living area.
The blue kitchen cabinet color is unconventional and shoots really well, the decor is minimal and very appropriate for the location.
The large terrace with bbq area is perfect for special events. Another terrace below has a beautifully designed pool and a pool bathroom, again, perfect for special events and all exterior only film/photoshoots.
Logistics
The road leading up to the location is typical for parts of the Hollywood Hills, fairly narrow. We suggest that you limit the size of your vehicles during larger projects.
There is a perfect space for a generator, street parking for cars is allowed, but limited.
During shoots, layout board and/or mats have to be placed under all vehicles parked in front of the garages. Same is required throughout the interior and on both terraces under any and all equipment and in high traffic areas.
This film-friendly location welcomes special events for up to 200 people and definitely has the perfect space for it.
