About the Location

This film-friendly Mediterranean home sits on a knoll on a smaller street in the Trousdale area of Beverly Hills. The interior is open and bright, has  a perfect mix of antiques and modern pieces, offers many shooting options and vignettes.

There are city views from many areas of the house, including the garage.

The pool and surrounding area, also with stunning city views, are beautifully designed.

Logistics

Layout board and or/mats required in all high traffic areas and under ALL equipment and vehicles.

Off-site crew parking is strongly suggested for crews larger than 15-20. Street parking is fine for smaller projects, but always take the neighbors and their driveways into consideration, when choosing this option. Our site rep will gladly assist you.

Only smaller vehicles are allowed to unload/park on the delicate driveway. Distance from the street to the front door is just a few feet.
