This beautiful Craftsman was built in 1919 and has been mostly restored. The angles are great, the house has lots of depth, several rooms open onto common areas and more rooms. There are doors to shoot through and the house has a central staircase. The interior and exterior glass is original. The garage with open truss features patina wood shelves and exposed framing.
Logistics
The neighborhood is very cooperative and under-filmed. Layout board and/or mats are required under all equipment and in all high traffic areas. Street parking is available for small/large projects, but be sure to contact Film LA for specifics and requirements.
