About the Location

This Downtown Los Angeles Rooftop offers spectacular city views. The building’s structure is the perfect backdrop for editorial shoots, music videos and special events. A graffiti wall adds to the look. The art gallery right below is ready to go for your next event and gallery opening. A gritty alley behind the building is also available for filming and photography. Owners are incredibly accommodating.

Logistics

Layout board and/or mats are required in the lobby, if rolling equipment, as well as under any and ALL equipment and in high traffic areas. Events are exempt from most of these requirements. Limited street parking, but there is a parking lot right across the street. We will happily share their info.

Booking

Permits must be applied for with Film LA. Rates vary, depending on the type of production, size of the crew and areas/hours needed.
